Who is Derrick and Why have I created this business?  It's a long story, but here's the short answer.  My personal Why is: "To make a difference in leaving the world a better place than I found it, so that others are fulfilled"  My father was a teacher, he shared his knowledge with thousands of students over a 50 year career.  I have a bit of that in me, I am passing on some knowledge and shining a light on pathways.
