Coaching through Ignite is a mixture of practical, insightful, optimistic, candidness wrapped up in one package. From Your Why, we work together on your future. We dig deep into past formative experiences and then where YOU see the future will drive conversations. Ignite views a coach as someone who helps another person/company reach higher levels of effectiveness by creating dialogue that leads to awareness and action. Your stated Why and Your Goals, gives Ignite the permission to support you in the ways necessary to reach high performance and fulfillment.​​

Coaching may not help you avoid ALL hardships, in fact, because Your Why may change, you may have more hardships to get the ship righted, or because Your Why is so big (way bigger than just what you yourself can figure out how to accomplish in your lifetime), that in itself creates bigger problems to solve to support your Why.

Working with Ignite is not for everyone, Ignite is geared to deliver high performance and fulfillment, I want to work with people and companies that are in alignment with that. Not everyone wants to go this deep, or they think they don’t. What I can say after years of experience and learning what other successful people and businesses go through...the hard way is the easy way to success. And the easy way is the fastest way to failure. Ignite is designed to guide you through the hard way. Consulting is a different animal than coaching. A consultant is someone who has answers to problems or knows where to get them. Ignite can provide this service on a limited basis depending on availability and the scope of consulting needed. I am a student, experienced and versed in many different business models and training processes including:
Start With Why (of course), E-myth, Toyota Production Systems, Six Sigma, Lean Startup, Iterative Success, and there's more. Ignite can also share referrals to experts in the field if needed. Please note: consulting services is only offered to clients who have completed one of the pre-requisite Finding Your Why programs. Why is this? The first area to delve into, ALWAYS, is Your Why. All else is a bi-product of The Why. Focusing on anything else first is a waste of time, energy, money. When you find your Why, potentially many things will change within your business, including your approach to: marketing, sales, book keeping, product offering, employee retainment, type of employees, production, shipping, how you treat everyone, the list is endless. Providing consulting before finding your Why, is analogous to putting a Band Aid on a bullet wound, it doesn't make sense. Consulting is priced on a case by case basis depending on a plethora of variables that will be discovered through a thorough interview process with the stake holders.
