I have also worked as an employee for several companies during my career, ranging from small mom & pop operations to multi-national firms; all of which showed me many do's and do not's of operating businesses. I also have had countless conversations over dinner and conference tables, trying to solve the world’s problems; this was the spark in my formative years, of being part of the solution to problems that has stayed with me over decades. My past has culminated into this coaching and consulting business where I can share my experiences and help others avoid the pitfalls I have seen and experienced myself. Ultimately I want to help others grow themselves and their businesses faster than if they were to go it alone, and into successful operations that are life fulfilling for everyone involved.

What is Ignite coaching and why is it important? I ask questions and provide you access to the answers you seek to making the difference you say you want to make. Coaching is not important if you want to stay in the same place doing the same thing until you die. It is important if you want to lead a life fulfilled and making a difference.

What is the difference between coaching and consulting? A consultant is someone who has answers to problems or knows where to get them. Ignite can provide this service on a limited basis depending on my availability and the scope of consulting needed. I can also share referrals to experts in the field if needed. Please note: consulting services is offered to clients who have completed one of the Finding Your Why pre-requisite programs.
